This page explains what happens to the data you leave on the Artyne Studio site. It is written against how the site actually works rather than from a template.

Who processes the data

Artyne Studio. Registered company details will be stated here before launch.

Contact for data questions: Telegram or phone +38 (097) 031-29-70.

What is collected

Only what you type into the form: your name, phone number and optionally a Telegram handle.

Alongside it we receive the configuration you built: site type, style, chosen modules, company name, industry, the quote code and the order number. That is what lets us reply with a quote rather than with generalities.

Separately from the form, the Meta advertising pixel runs on the site — what it sends is described in the advertising section below.

Legal basis

Your consent — the checkbox under the form. It is never pre-ticked and the request is not sent without it.

You can withdraw consent at any time by messaging us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Where the data goes

The request is stored in the studio’s database (PostgreSQL) and delivered to the working chat through the Telegram Bot API. Your data therefore also passes through Telegram and stays in that chat’s history.

The database is hosted on Railway. In addition, the fact that a request was submitted is sent to Meta for advertising measurement, with the name and phone hashed — details below. Data is never sold or passed to anyone else.

How long it is kept

Requests with contact details: up to 24 months from the enquiry, then deleted from both the database and the studio chat.

You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will remove both the database row and the message.

Anonymous visit statistics (below) are kept without a time limit, as they contain nothing that identifies you.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. A message to us is enough.

We respond to such requests within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

We keep our own anonymous statistics: which station a visit reached, which path it took, whether the 3D scene started. A visit is tagged with a random id that exists only until the page reloads and is never stored. No IP address or device details are recorded in those statistics.

The site does not use Google Analytics.

Your chosen language lives in the URL (/uk or /en) and does not identify you.

Facebook and Instagram advertising

We advertise the studio on Facebook and Instagram. To know which ads produce orders, the site runs the Meta Pixel: it sets its own cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and reports page views, quote views and submitted requests to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

When you submit the form we also send the same event from our server. It carries your name and phone number as an irreversible SHA-256 hash, used only to match the order to the ad you saw — your number is never sent in readable form. Your IP address and browser details, which accompany any request on the internet, are sent with it.

Meta processes this as a separate controller under its own policy. That does not limit your rights with us: we delete everything held on our side, and for data held by Meta you can use the “Off-Facebook activity” settings in your account.

If you would rather the pixel did not run, any ad blocker or a private browsing window stops it. The site and the request form work exactly the same either way.

Applicable law

Processing follows the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. GDPR also applies to visitors in the EU.
